so finally done.. well almost.. i still need to print the business card that why there is a blank one in the pic.. he he..well this is a uni project. we needed to make our porfolio in a box. the box needed to contain a cd with our work, a brochure, a cd sticker (but i just printed on the cd) and a business card. the idea behind it is based on the burgopak package that they did for the vodafone sim cards. if u pull the side of the brochure, the cd side pops out as well it's pretty neat. took a bit of trial and error to get all the mesurements right.. but it's finally done..
since i'm a student didn't have alot of money to spend on the printing hence why the colours are a bit green (oops) but that's ok cuz it's only a mock up
design made in photoshop 100%
knifeline in illustrator
printed on matte 170 gsm A2 then pasted with JAC on a 200 gsm board (it's a bit too thick but it works) plastic film makes the panels move
142.5 x 128 x 12
i think i really like packaging.. LOL

I LOVE the Typography ! It's stunning, the colours, the shapes, it's amazingly ! Well done !
Background and colour of font is also a great match I think, but I can't agree the orange box works
well. I just say you should reconsider your colour. The CD also looks smooth and nice. I love it !
Excellent work

THANKS!!!
the work wasn't bad.. i enjoyed it... it took me a month to finnish just because i'm lazy... all in all it took me about 3 days.. it's not hard.. just time consuming.. the hardest bit was figuring out the "machanics" of the package..
