Really interesting work.
Although it's clearly no offroad-design (not very much ground clearance) it's got a look as if it could handle rough terrain.
Perhaps urban combat zones?

this is a very interesting concept. This particular vehicle seems extremely heavily inspired by Scott Robertson's Military Vehicle from his "Drive" book. [link]
I mean it is the same scale, body style, number and placement of wheels, even the angle of the camera is the same. Did you base this one off of his? if so, you should really mention that.
