Nah man, look at her arms in hedgehog mode. That's her skin color, there's no fur there.
Also, not that it matters but, on sonic.fandom.com she is described as such:
Fur - Pink
Skin - Peach

Sonic and co. are humanoid animals. By definition, a humanoid is a being resembling a human in its shape. So there is nothing wrong with "connecting her to canon human traits".

Also, Sonic and co. are not from space, they are from Earth.

By the way, if you think I'm being racist, I'm not, I would just like some accuracy. See Shadow and possibly Knuckles are the only two that in my opinion could be black in their human forms. Because most real-life animals with dark hair, have brown skin underneath when shaved, and animals like dogs and cats with both bright and dark coats of fur/hair when shaved, have differently colored patches of skin. Anyways that is my opinion, you don't have to listen, and if I have TrIgGeReD you, I apologize.
