Description Ashelia B'nargin Dalmasca from Final Fantasy XII and my own fictional FFXI character Sarah. Resemblances, yet different like day and night. One wants to end suffering, the other causes suffer. Dark magic and White magick. And yet they both suffer for their people.

Some effects were kinda last minute. Didn't want to stare at the drawing for too long, though I won't complain if this gets burned into my retina.

I love the comparisons and the contrasts! and of course the blood! I really admire how precise and detailed you can be. Amazing job designing that armor for Sarah. She's always an interesting character to ponder. And I'm absolutely jealous of how well you throw together a background

Thanks Sange! I didn't even see that red stuff as blood to be honest.
Even though Ashe looks gorgeous in her outfit, Sarah's armor is awesome to draw and color. I was even thinking of making the red lines glow, but that would have probably taken too much attention away.

And the background... Draw a sort of trapezium, color that in and add flamey effects with a custom flame brush in photoshop. But don't tell anyone- oops.
