haha....she's a singer from japan...
she sung for all series of full metal panic, saiyuki 2nd ending, happy happy clover(latest anime)'s ed, dragon drive's op and ed and many anime songs
also
she sing for other song like gundam f91 's eternal wind...kino's journey's bird(popular on 2006 and early for this year)....

I think the main difference between the photo and your drawing is the eyes. If you get the eyes right, everything'll look better
