I'm thinking about trying to do a speed painting a day. Fact is, color is my great weakness. I just don't get it... The hope is to do these as practice to improve. I'll need your opinions on how I'm doing. So C&C wanted! As for the painting a day, well see. Since it's usually 3 months between posts this may not work out too well

Thanks! I think I wanted to do it after I saw a jpeg of the Marvel adventures Avengers cover. It featured the Avengers all in MODOK form. After that I had to do one!

Nice! I remember him! Your coloring has always looked fine to me. I would say that we should maybe see a little more of the AG device/bottom of his hover suit, it looks a little flat there.

Ok so what did you colour this with? Actual paint? As opposed to computer colouring I mean.
Just saw the episode of iron Man where the Mandrin has Modok build a duplicate Iron Man.... anyway...
I don't see how colouring is your weakness... but I'm more than happy to comment if it helps.
The eyes need a little variation (a shine or something) to help bring them away from the backround colour.
But really there is nothing really wrong with your colouring. Maybe certain areas appear a little flat and need something added?

Whatchoo Mean coloring is your weakness? Some of the best stuff you showed me were your paintings.
