Name: Daydream Nightstar (Dreamer, Dream)
Gender: Mare
Age: Sixteen/seventeen
Species: Unicorn
Personality: Daydream is a curious mare, bubbly, friendly and outgoing, but also rather shy. To close friends she is truly the light in any room, happy, fun and adventurous. However she does have a hard time letting anypony in and so she keeps herself to herself and tries to avoid large crowds, ironic seeing as she performs on stage almost every night in front of an audience. She is very boyish in most aspects of her life. Her mane is often unkept unless her stylist doesn't get a hold of her and it is not unusual to see her with make-up on only half of her face because she has managed to slip away from her stylist.
Despite her lonely nature, she craves companionship. She enjoys exploring whatever city the circus will be performing in. She is a little bit shy when it comes to anything 'pretty', she has a tomboy attitude and therefor is not a fan of being dressed or 'prettied' up. Hence why unless she is on stage she is constantly trying to escape from her stylist. This is also the downside of being friend with Rarity.
Daydream does not get enough sleep most of the time as nightmares often keep her awake during the night.

Backstory: Born in Manehatten, Daydream aspired to for a life in the limelight side by side with her famous parents. However, destiny is a cruel mistress and instead she found herself dumped in the middle of the countryside in a basket. She was found and taken to an orphanage for two years until the Wringling Brothers adopted her.
The Wringling Brothers own one of the biggest travelling circuses in all of Equestria and beyond and Daydream, having lived and grown up with them around the circus from a young age, immediately took to it. In a few short years Daydream started performing on stage (after she had gotten plenty of training), she quickly climbed the ranks of the circus and became on of the circus' main performers and is usually the centrepiece of the show.
