Yeah seen and have on in favroties where Pinkie Pie now has diabeties. that oen scares me and saved it to keep my myself a reminder to be careful in rela life, as i have it myself but I'm fortunate i have the type where i jsut takes pills. Type two Diabeties. Pinkie pie in the comic has type one.

I actually have a commission where she got the cake slice. But I screwed up on describing what happened. she was suppsoe had taken a bite and then cry as it was sugar free. Says the line Cake is Lie.
she does that but the cake slice is still hanging and doesn't look like it's been tasted.
Otherwords doesn't make sense.
Plan to recommission it later to see if can be done right.
