Chun Li's hair should be more toward the back of her head, and her legs are really off-looking.
Then again, this is almost five years old, and your art has really, really improved since then XD I'd like to see a Chun Li art from you now..

Nice... but like the last comment, Chun Li's thighs are a bit skinny. She's kinda known for having huge thighs, 'cause she's mostly about the kicks.
Also, her face seems to be a little light on detail, especially next to the excellent Balrog!
