A quick sketch I made after I watched "IT". Tone of the movie was very similar to "Stranger Things" series, so I thought of this little crossover - what if Eleven met Pennywise

I feel like pennywise would lose even if he is more powerful due to the fact that he would try to morph into Brennar and el would want to kill that son of a biach (purposely spelled wrong) and the mind flayed would want to kill el himself so he would either flay or kill pennywise and melt him into himself, not knowing his true powers.

Pennywise's rendition in IT 2017 is the most badass clown I've ever seen.

Pennywise, Eleven may be very strong and put up a good fight, but if she were alone, she would lose. Pennywise is more resilient than a human, and unlike the Demagorgon, he has several different abilities, including shapeshifting, the deadlights, and he can also read minds.

It's partially canon that Bob Newby had a meeting with a clown that was similar to pennywise when he was a child. It could be possible that he grew up in Maine for this to have happened.
Even if Stranger Things had a crossover with It, hell, it would be the sequel to It and Season 3 plot.

Well, the book IT actually inspired the directors of Stranger Things to make it in the first place. And Pennywise would win since the kids defeated him only with the help of Maturin, a Godly Turtle that vomited out our universe.
