This story begins almost 16 years ago, a few months before Diamant’s birth. A strange unicorn from the frozen north attacked the Crystal empire, fortunately Cadance was notified in time and asked her sister-in-law for help. Together and thanks to the crystal heart, the 2 Princesses managed to transform this evil unicorn, named Nightmare Hope into a stone statue.

8 years later :
Cadance took these girls for a walk in the empire :

Cadance : Wait for me girls, don’t go too far!

Diamant : Yes, yes, Mom don't worry. (child laugh)

*Diamant banged on the base of a statue in front of the castle

Diamant : Ouch!

Flurry Heart : Oh no, Diamant, are you okay?

Diamant : Yes, Yeah, I ... (*She stopped talking for a few seconds) Wow, what is it?

Cadance : (*shortness of breath) Uh… Nothing, my dear, don’t worry about it. But please move away. (Diamant remained motionless for a second and then turned around) Well let’s go home, the walk lasted long enough, let’s go back! (*say in a panicked tone and a little frightened)

8 years later :
It’s the first day of school for Diamant and Star Shine, they are actively preparing to return to Cadience, their mother’s class, Diamant is very excited because they will be reunited with all their friends.

Diamant : Aaaah ! It’s great Star, we are finally going back to Cadiance, I mean we are joining Cadiance, the best class for the best school! Can you imagine everything we’re going to learn about the Empire, about magic… Oh better, about the magic of the empire!!

Star Shine: Aaaaarrh! BORING!! I really don’t know what you think so good about school, we’re gonna stay in a class, lock up, sit in a chair and learn boring stuff all day long, when we could be out running and I don't know, running!

Diamant : A race? You despair me, how can you prefer to race instead of learning a lot about your empire!?

Star Shine : You forget it’s not my empire, it’s yours, and then as a fairy wing I have to love racing and speed, you know we’re all very fast.

Diamant : Yes of course! (*rolls her eyes)

*Cadance enters and interrupts them

Cadance : Girls, you should go if you don’t want to be late.

Diamant : Oh you’re right, we’re leaving right now!

Star Shine : Yes, except you forgot that I can go to the academy in 2 seconds flat …

Diamant : Euuuh Star!

Cadance : Come on!

Diamant : You’re not coming with us ?

Cadance : No I still have a few details to fix here, but don’t worry, I’ll be on time for the back-to-school speech.

Star Shine (*Ironic): Oh great !

Diamant : Okay, see you later!

*Star Shine and Diamant come out of the room and leave for the academy

Cadance : Aaah, they will have a surprise!

Flurry heart : (by far) Mom!!!!

*Cadence joins Flurry and Shining in the throne room next door

Flurry Heart : She’s coming! (exitement)

*a pony passes the door

Flurry Heart : Auntie !!!!

*Flurry hugs Twilight

Twilight : Awww, Flurry, I missed you, it's been ages. Look at you, all grown up !

Flurry Heart: It's only been two months Aunt Twilight.

Cadance : I’m glad you could come, despite the start of school.

Twilight : Oh don’t worry about it, I have a lot of agents working on it right now and you know how much being here for your school means to me.

Shining Armor : Now that’s being a princess who runs an entire kingdom, and must look after the well-being of his family. Oh By the way, how are the girls?

Twilight : They’re fine, and how are yours fine ?

Cadance : Well Diamant and Star have just left for school, so I think Diamant was pretty excited and Star, well disgusted.

Cette histoire commence il y a près de 16 ans, quelques mois avant la naissance de Diamant. Une étrange licorne venue du nord gelée attaqua l'empire de Cristal, heureusement Cadance fut avertie à temps et demanda de l'aide à sa belle-sœur. Ensemble et grâce au cœur de cristal, les 2 Princesses réussirent à transformer cette licorne maléfique, nommé Nightmare Hope, en statut de pierre.

8 ans plus tard :
Cadance emmena ces filles faire une balade dans l’empire :

Cadance : Attendez- moi les filles, n'allez pas trop loin ! Cria- t'elle car Diamant et Flurry Heart couraient loin devant elle.

Diamant : Oui, oui, maman ne t'en fait pas. (rire d’enfant)

*Diamant se cogna au socle d’une statue devant le château

Diamant : Aïe!

Flurry Heart : Oh non, Diamant, est-ce que ça va ?

Diamant : Oui, Oui, je ... (*Elle arrêta de parler quelques secondes) Waouh, qu'est-ce que c'est ?

Cadance : (essouffler) Euh… Rien ma chérie, ne t’en fait pas. Mais éloigne tant s'il te plaît. (*Diamant resta immobile puis se retourna) Bien allons-y la balade a duré assez longtemps, rentrons ! (ton paniqué et un peu effrayé).

8 ans plus tard :
C’est le jour de la rentrée pour Diamant et Star Shine, elles se préparent activement à rentrer à Cadience, la classe de leurs mère, Diamant est très excité car elles vont retrouver toutes leurs amies.

Diamant : Aaaah ! C’est génial Star, nous allons enfin rentrer à Cadience, le meilleur classe pour la meilleure école. Tu imagines tous ce qu’on va apprendre sur l’empire, sur la magie… Oh mieux, sur la magie de l’empire!!

Starshine : Aaaaarrh ! Je sais vraiment pas ce que tu trouves de si bien, on va rester dans une classe, enfermer, assise sur une chaise à apprendre des trucs ennuyeux toute la journée, alors qu’on pourrait être dehors à courir et faire la course !

Diamant : La course ? Tu me désespères, comment peux-tu préférer faire la course à apprendre des tas de choses sur ton empire !?

Star Shine : Tu oublies que ce n’est pas mon empire, c’est le tient, et puis entant qu'aile féerique je me dois d’aimer la course et la vitesse, tu sais nous sommes tous très rapide, nous.

Diamant : Mais oui bien sur !

*Cadance entre et les interrompt

Cadance : Les filles, vous devriez y aller si vous ne voulez pas être en retard.

Diamant : Oh c’est vrai, tu as raison, on part tout de suite !

Star Shine : Oui enfin tu oublies que je peux aller à l’académie en 2 secondes chrono …

Diamant : Euuuh Star !

Cadance : Allez !

Diamant : Tu ne viens pas avec nous ?

Cadance : Non j’ai encore quelques détails à peaufiner ici, mais ne t’en fait, je serais à l’heure pour le discours de rentrée.

Diamant : Okay, a tout à l’heure !

*Starshine et Diamant sortent de la pièce et partent pour l’académie

Cadance : Aaah, elles vont en avoir une surprise !

Flurry heart : (de loin) Maman !

*Cadence rejoint Flurry et Shining dans la salle du trône juste à côté

Flurry Heart : Elle arrive ! (exitement)

*un poney passe la porte

Flurry Heart : Tata !!!

*Flurry va faire un câlin à Twilight

Twilight : Awww, Flurry, tu m’as manqué. Dit moi tu as encore grandi ?

Cadance : Je suis contente que tu aies pu venir, malgré la rentrée à préparer pour toi aussi.

Twilight : Oh ne t’inquiète pas pour sa, j’ai des tas d'agents qui s’en occupe au moment même.

Shining Armor : C’est ça d’être une princesse qui dirige un royaume entier, et doit veiller au bien-être de sa famille. Au fait comment vont les filles ?

Twilight : Elles vont bien, et vous ?

Cadance : Et bien Diamant et Star viennent de partir pour l’école, donc je pense que Diamant était plutôt excité et Star, eh bien dégoutté.

Twilight : Comme d’habitude !

*Ils rigolent tous

Du côté de Diamant et StarShine :
Elles viennent d’arriver et vont saluer leurs amies.

Sweetie : Dia, Star ! Vous êtes là, enfin !

Diamant : Salut, Sweetie. Salut les filles.

Toutes sauf Starshine : Salut !

Diamant : Alors, comment ça va ?

Toutes : Bien !

Aurora : Alors prête pour cette nouvelle rentrée ?

Diamant : Toujours !

*La sonnerie retentit

Diamant : Ah, je crois qu’il est temps d’y aller !
