Hi people, I'm new at DA, this is my first post
This is a self portrait as Medusa, I know I'm ugly like this, but it was fun to do
I've tried to use a mirror, but staying more than 2 minutes with the mouth opened like that was too difficult, so I've taken a photo to continue.
HB, 2B and 5B pencils on A4 paper. It took me approximatively 15 hours to finish it. Hope you'll enjoy it

O.O I am truely now gonna be having nightmares for weeks about this now.

Gawd, you know, this popped up in my "random favorites" window and I was reminded of how incredible it is, especially the cast shadow of the snake's tongue on her cheek. That is all.

woow...while i'm not one skilled in art, I do know what I like. To me, this pic is very...alive, with depth and movement. Emotion from medusa as well as the snakes and the simplicity of colors puts mor emphasis on the subject rather then aback ground. My compliments!'

splendid.. so it's a shame but i can't find the
right words to tell u how AMAZING i think this is..
now my question is.. I want an ink
of medusa, on my back..
And i whas wondering, if maybe you were interrested in making me a design?
cause i wan't something that's one of a kind.
