Is this not a wee bit gender-biased? Guys sleep around more, they have a higher chance of getting STDs than women.

If it is gender-biased it is biased correctly.
Actually, it is logically impossible for heterosexual men to "sleep around more" i.e. have more sexual partners on average than women do. In surveys, men claim that they have on average 75% more sexual partners in their lifetime than women. Likely, men exaggerate and women underestimate the number of partners because mathematically - the number should be equal. Also, the female anatomy makes us more sensitive to some STDs and the symptoms are harder to detect.
Anyway, the photo was for an article in my school paper and choosing to photograph my sister was just me being lazy.
