It's cute, and I like the design, but I think the name needs to be changed. It's too similar to Emboar.
Maybe in the pokedix entry you can add something about their venom burning like (liquid) fire??

It was known for it's cuteness. It is said when owned, it will get attached quickly to it's trainer. It's flames are known to burn, be careful when handling them.
