actually I wanted to submit this photo under photography --> Conceptual, but then I saw Surreal Photography Contest and said 'Why not? . So, please bear in mind that this is conceptual photography.shot taken in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

great photo. it actually reminds me of something my photo teacher told us NOT to do, which is to not have your model stand in front of something so it looks like what ever's behind them is coming out of their head. and i always found that amusing.
as for the conceptual part, it makes that the guy is influential, that he's branching his thoughts around the city.

what i think is interesting is that the tree appears to be a part of the person's head in the foreground. both the person and the tree seem very solitary compared to the sprawling city below. this 'tree person' stands out from all the concrete and glass; perhaps if he went down into the city he could find more people like himself, or bring more trees into the city.
sad that he needs to be so far away to be with/near a bit of nature.

plovdiv is a nice place to visit . I`ll be there next week for a birthday party of a friend and I can take my cam to shoot some pix

wow, real sweet. this shot holds a real beautiful atmosphere, as well as a good working composition. hmm i am pretty much wordless but one of the finest shots i've seen in a long time.
