This is Little Star the daughter of Nightmare Moon/Luna and Sombra. This Little one was conceived when Sombra reformed but he knew he would be defeated for good so he decided to use a spell to turn Luna back into Nightmare Moon knowing she was just as bad as he was, and while Luna was Nightmare Moon they created Little Star so when they were both defeated they'd have a little filly to one day finish what they started. But since Luna was still there inside Nightmare Moon Little Star took on a happy quiet personality and not an evil wicked one.
