Midnight Meltdown is a very serious and responsible pony just like his mother. He doesn't share much of a personality with his father, except his anger. He is much like his twin sister, Moonlight Disorder, as he also, like her, tries to prove himself to the kingdom that he can be a good Prince.

Midnight has a special ability where he can teleport himself to different dimensions, and he usually uses this power when he is angry, usually at Dizzy Eclipse, to cool down, but sometimes he'll be in a different dimension for a little too long for his parents, mostly his mothers, comfortableness so Moonlight Disorder will have to teleport him back .
