An introduction to my original character (OC), Mind Binder! A brain in a jar wannabe villain that is constantly thinking up various damsel in distress schemes!

Lab Notes:

- An old character concept idea I had for a while where we have a token evil teammate in the lab.

- He is inspired by various sources, the think tank from old world blues Fallout NV, Daleks on the body design, and cliche villains of old like Snidely Whiplash.

- I am going to slowly introduce more dominate characters just to mix things up a bit and start defining who gets the bondage treatment and who doesn't.
