Plot:Everything takes place after the first film. Amy is pregnant, so Fleegle and the Splits go off into an epic world called “The Multiverse”. The Banana Splits meet a great white shark pirate named Patchy, Patchy asked Fleegle who is was repeatedly Amy tried to defend her husband but they recognized each other and revealed that Patchy is Amy’s father. Yuko and Hootie get emotional and hug each other because Amy is happy to reunite with her dad. Later, a yellow and grey fox named Pat noticed about The Banana Splits and his ultimate scheme is to destroy The Multiverse and kill The Banana Splits. At night, Captain Patchy gave The Banana Splits, his daughter and son-in-law a cottage for a home to stay in a couple of weeks, Amy told Fleegle she’s gonna get her unborn baby settled in. Fleegle was talking to Snorky, Snorky asked Fleegle if he could handle it because fatherhood is tough. Fleegle told Snorky he can handle it, Amy was inside the cottage looking down a her baby bump as she sings an untitled song softly she started feeling emotional, tears forming into her eyes. Snorky told Fleegle she has the most beautiful voice Bingo slaps him in the back of the head telling him to stop flirting under his breath. Fleegle came in asking Amy what wrong because she started crying, Amy told him it was just her mood swing bringing her those memories of her mother because that song was her mother’s favorite and she sang that to her when Amy was a baby. Bon Bon told Amy that she doesn’t talk about her mother that much, and asks how friendly she was. Amy told Bon Bon she was super friendly when her mother met Patchy. What Amy didn’t mention was that her mother died from a group of human pirates because Patchy’s crew was a bunch of shark pirates, Patchy grieved from the loss of his wife so he had to take care of Amy all his life. Patchy taught Amy of being a pirate and as Patchy would be proud of her he would call her “Amelia” because that’s her full name, when Amy grew up on of Patchy’s crew a whale named Barry told his captain that Amy must start her new life on her own, Patchy fearfully forbid it because he’s scared of being away from his daughter. Amy was truly brave and said to her dad that she’ll handle it, Patchy agreed and said “Just visit me anytime” and Amy said she will.

Weeks later, Pat meets Lord Gustav and tells Pat that Fleegle destroyed Amy and his engagement and came back for his revenge. The revenge is about to begin, The Banana Splits turn into The Super Splits and get ready for the battle. Fleegle was fighting Lord Gustav alone until then Amy got into labor, Bingo, Hootie and Yuko decide to help Amy before the Blacklight Splits get her. After labor and getting rid of the Blacklight Splits, Fleegle reaches the top as Bingo helps him Fleegle heard the baby doing soft cries. Fleegle held his brand new baby girl and says that she’s perfect and wanted to name the baby after his wife, Little Amy. Amy thought of better name, Lemon Drop. Fleegle and the Splits were gonna go home, Patchy said farewell to his daughter and farewell to his first granddaughter.
