I've been working for Ubisoft for 11 years. I started as a junior artist and during the years I kept improving my skills, learning more and more about art and now I am a senior concept artist. I don't choose the projects I work on. The projects are chosen by the studio. Does this answer your question?

 Your work is just fantastic so congrats on your improvement!! Must be a dream to be part of the art team of one of the best videogame company! I'm still a student so I'm not sure what to do in a future, but concept artist is one of my options and professional artworks like yours give me a lot of inspiration so thank you!!!
