I loved this one... the colors and the contrast are beautiful. I adored the way the branches 'capture' the sun.

Mmm, I like the composition a lot here, the way the sun sits almost perfectly between the branches. Nice balance of colors as well.

I love how the tree looks almost like a strange hand trying to pick up the sun. Utterly beautiful

Thank you. I also saw this hand curled around the sun.

It's amazing how our minds project images and meaning onto the things we see around us.

that was a good compostional move. I would personally crop it down tigher, to make it a wider aspect ratio and get rid of a little bit of the sky above the tree. That comes largely from my personal preference for 16:9 or 10:20 ratio's, but perhaps you'll like it as well.

Thanks, I think I'll try a few 16:9. I tend to be stuck on 6:4.

Wonderful... But I think I still love the B&W more...

Hmm... I'm still liking the first one the most. I think the colors are more dramatic in the first one and the offset sunlight is a little nicer.

Don't get me wrong... still a beautiful photo

Still prefer the first version! But in this one the colours are beautiful, too! And the sun in the middle of the tree is stunning!

Thanks. I felt I needed to add this one, but I am done now. I currently like the first, then the B&W, then this.
