Well look like Kagome (Team Rocket version) is having a fun way of taking some poor fool Pokemon (as well some of there money), and it seem like Ace was pick for this. So now Kagome in a disguise is showing trainer that the machine can teach any Pokemon any move that they are unable to use, but unfortunately it have some "side affects" that would make the Pokemon bloat or gain weight for strange ression. Which is just a lie and just wanted Ace to be bloated . ^w^
