Nice dotwork!
I like the depth you brought into the facets that are a bit random on the backside of the shoulder/arm, you really tricked my eyes for a second.
The pattern that goes to the front is also nice, but personally I would choose for a different shading.
A bit more varied to make parts of the pattern stand out more.
But this is only a matter of personal taste.
