Description The first time I have founded a rare butterfly named Queen of Spain Fritillary (lat.: Issoria lathonia, germ.: Silbriger Perlmuttfalter)!

He was sitting on a flower of a buddleia in my garden and was gleaming like a pearl in the sun. That is the reason for the German name "Perlmuttfalter" (Perlmutt means in English "mother-of-pearl")
