Something about her torso is off, maybe too wide? I dunno, you're better than I am. Too, her forehead seems to be too far back, even taking into account the tilt into the rock.
Apart from that, this is lovely, from the composition, her expression, to her hair, the colours, and the fish. I like how this could be mistaken for traditional, too.
