To be really honest, the first thing that screamed WOW to me is how you pulled off the clavicle and neck muscles in three strokes. I always shy away from that area.
Ahh and the portrait is aptly named too, it does feel like I'm looking at liquid - great effect with the hair.

I love the gradient in the hair along with the texture. The lips are drawn so well, something I find difficult to draw well. You have such a nice style. <3
