These are all based on what I think they look like based on the book. These may or may not look like the actors in the movie version.
The people wearing the green jacket with the gray scarf thing were tributes in the 74th Hunger Games, and the tribues wearing the red sailor type outfit were tributes in the 75th Hunger Games.
I just started Mockingjay, so not all the main characters in the trilogy are here, for I wasn't introduced to some of them yet.

Yeah, Beetee's described as mid-50s... and Wiress is in her early 30's. But at the time I thought of her as being the same age as Beetee, which is why I made her so old. XD
