Well, it depens on what you want your lineart to look like !
If you want it to look thin or bold, maybe a bit fuzzy... Also, if you're using a tablet, there's a tool called Stabilizer which may help you to get smoother lines. ( especially on veryyyy long lines. )
The linework layers are also very helpful when using a mouse C:

But, I use different styles of linearts depending on what kind of drawing I'm planning to do....
