ah, It's nice that some people do awesome things with Paint. Personally, I think that program is juvenile considering the fact that it's kinda limited. But no program is crappy, I guess

I'm learning how to use Photoshop, but it's not really free. I downloaded it, but everytime I open it up it tells me to put in another serial code because the other one I had was invalid

Magic Photo Editor allows photo over photo over photo, text (words), change of background (for the photos), a frame, clipart, outline, Cartoon,and Mask (that changes the way of shape the photos are in), and photos. You possibly can put more than 1000 photos in just one picture. They do have a resize. I only use photoshop or paint next for adding stuff to the picture.
