Commission (sketch color) for an anon I've talked about OCs with, and this is one I shared that I haven't introduced here, due to not putting the work in beforehand to get a design i liked (laziness?)Anyways, I kind of drew a magician girl who wore a top hat and did magic and stuff, but I never had a use for her much but now i think I have a role for her. She is named Violet, and I think she's shaping up as an antagonist for Magical Paige (Magical girl vs stage magic)
Stage hypnosis is one of her talents, and using her feet is something she's trying out.

Violet Commands You!
You find yourself walking to the front stage, seeing eyes draw towards you quickly, while being picked out of the crowd for the next act in 'Violet's Magical World of Wonders'. You walk hearing few claps, giving you a hand of encouragement, and the crowd sits in anxiousness, along with eagerness to see the next trick. You arrive on stage with a slight smile, but a tad of worry, due to the personality of Violet seeing that her unpredictability in her magic shows became known, and likeable. You look to her figure, which is a nice looking magician judging on looks, especially with the outfit, being a magician and the top hat to put the cape on the act.
You stand, just looking to Violet who has a big smile, and even a glint of some devious action about to take place. Her smile becoming a concerning grin to you, as you shake it off only to think it's part of her act. Soon the lights dim, and the crowd gets quiet.Β
"Thank you, for being a brave soul, and joining me up here." She says in a sensational soothing voice, just nice to hear a tone so calm, alluring to the moment. "As you're wondering.... " She softly remarks, adjusting you, placing you in a seat, making you face towards the stage and red curtains, to a stool, and big red cushioned seat. "You want to know my next act, and what I plan to do with my volunteer, or should I say subject."Β
You sit in anticipation, but hearing that is a bit unsettling, letting your mind hang on the word 'subject' definitely sparks worry, and interest. She goes out of your sight, for a mere second, but shortly returning with her wand, a grin, and without her shoes. You are distracted for a moment by her barefeet, nice looking, well rounded toes, along with a freshly pedicured nails and not forgetting the two big rings on both of her middle toes. She soon sits back in her cushioned seat, taking a glance at you.Β
"Do you like feet? Or have any interest in having a foot fetish?" She speaks in a low whisper to you. You just are thrown off by the question, and waht exactly does any of this have to do with the next act, or just exactly what she is getting at.
"Well?" She asked with that devious grin. You only shrug at the thought of feet, you do like her well taken care of feet, and they're pretty, but besides that. You are deeply unsure about feet. "Can't make up your mind huh? Maybe this might help." She said placing her bare feet towards you. Her toes sprawling, and wiggling slightly. "Feels good to wiggle those toes after a long day, huh? Don't answer that of course it does." She gave a giggle, soon pulling out her wand, and waving in front of you like a spell caster, and then to her feet.
Suddenly a purple, violet aura engulfed around you, and her feet. Her grin becoming wide, her wand being pointed and waved with great power. Her eyes turning into a spirals, and her feet became alluring, mesmerising, your mind slowed seeing only Violet's feet enter your mind. The toes, heels, arches, and heels of her feet blur out everything, her feet become your world. You smile at the feeling, beginning to feel a sleepy feeling in the back of your mind. Her toes giving wiggles in excitement. Β Your eyes becoming heavy. Her feet becoming your desire, while you watch in happiness, as her feet manifest in your mind, Violet's perfect feet.
Violet gives a smile seeing a dreamy look on your face. "Watch my feet and fall asleep..." Her voice echoes in the depths of your mind, as you fall under her hypnotic feet.

A short story, for a wonderful picture, as I came up with this quick little work of fiction. A very hypnotic piece. I love it.Β

not to be a critique, but you misspelled what, mentioned heels twice in the second to last paragraph, and the toe rings were on the big toes, not the middle toes.

For what it's worth, I might actually be on her side in the actual story. I often root for the antagonist in stories, especially in tickle scenarios. And since you said you want to deconstruct magical girl genre tropes, having the designated villain win very often, would be one way to do it.

Excellent, if her debut means anything, there will be more of her. I envision her as good ler, as things like magic boxes and all that would make for good devices.

Magic boxes is a nice idea, though I admit I hope her position as a ler won't preclude her from some ticklish predicaments of her own (I imagine finding herself the victim of her own magic box trick would be quite embarrassing), or at the very least from showing off her mesmerizing feet more.
