this is a wallpaper i made for v4 of aweDIGI.com .... the zip contains a version with the chicks eyes open. this wallpaper is the image thats gonna be in aweDIGI v4...and her eyes are going to be opening and closing ... its lookin pretty tight.Related content

The concept is terrific. The problem I have with it is the lack of cohesiveness between the elements of the image. The face is beautifully cropped. The plumbing apparatus is well executed. Even the teeth are, in their own way, believable. The elements just don't go together. The difference in the color of the face, compared to the tubes makes the marriage of the two awkward. The teeth and eyeliner are very graphic as opposed to photographic, making them obviously pasted on. Perhaps, subtracting the photographic appearance of the face and making it seem to have been created as a CGI, the same way the other elements were, would make the composition appear a bit less contrived.
The story it implies is magical.

i love the colors and all the design of this deviation. i think the opened eyes look alot better than the closed ones. its kinda giger-esque, though without being giger-esque at the same time...if you know what i mean. either way, its great work!
