Description
Effect: Fusion Summon 1 Dragon Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, by shuffling the Fusion Materials listed on it into the Deck, from among your cards on the field, in your GY and/or your face-up banished cards. Neither player can activate cards or effects in response to this card's activation. If the Fusion Summoned monster is a "Dragon Ruler" monster, you can double its ATK. If you do, return it to the extra deck during your end phase. If this card is in your GY, except for the turn it's send to the GY. you can shuffle this card into your deck, add 1 "Dragon ruler" Card from your GY, Banished zone, and Deck to your hand. You can only use 1 effect of Dragon Ruler Fusion per turn, and only once that turn.
