Effect: 1" Dragon Ruler Thunder" monster + 3 Dragon MonstersMust be either Fusion Summoned, or Special Summoned by banishing 1 Dragon monster from your hand and 1 Dragon Fusion Monster you control, except "Dragon Ruler Thunder Titan" in their name (in which case you do not use "Polymerization").
When this card is fusion summoned or special summoned by its effect, Destroy all Cards on the field (Except for cards that have "Dragon Ruler" within their name or text) When a Dragon monster's effect is activated in the hand, even during the Damage Step (Quick Effect): You can destroy 2 cards on the field and Sent 2 of the opponent's extra deck monsters to the GY. If the opponent were to activate an effect from the hand, (Quick Effect) Discard 1 Dragon Monster from your hand to negate the Activation/Effect and if so, Destroy it. If this card would be destroyed by card effect, you can banish 2 cards from your GY instead.
