Effect: 1" Dragon Ruler Thunder" + 3 Dragon-type MonstersMust be either Fusion Summoned, or Special Summoned by banishing 1 Dragon monster from your hand and 1 Dragon Fusion Monster you control, except "Dragon Ruler Thunder Titan" in their name (in which case you do not use "Polymerization").
When this card is fusion summoned or special summoned by its effect,
Cards within the Opponent's Banished zone and as within their GY Cannot activate their Effects.
When a Dragon monster's effect is activated in the hand, even during the Damage Step (Quick Effect): You can destroy 2 cards on the field and Banish 1 Card from either Player's GY. If the opponent were to activate an effect from the hand, (Quick Effect) Discard 1 Dragon Monster from your hand to negate the Activation/Effect and if so, Destroy it. If this card would be destroyed by card effect, you can banish 2 cards from your GY instead.
