Flonne-chan!!!! >w<Why do I keep drawing her. o.o I thought Etna was my favorite. XD;;;
I'll draw all of them. o.o; Laharl and Etna tooz~ :3
I drew this with a wacom tablet! <33 :3
And I haven't drawn a picture and cell shaded in a while. o.o; I hope it turned out good. D:

When you use the tablet, make quick strokes with the pen, that will make the line art smoother. It also helps if you start with a large picture, and then resize it to the picture you want to submit it as. Like for me I up-size it 200%, and then when I'm done I resize it 50%.
That's a personal preference though. The first thing should help you smooth out the line-art though, as it looks a little shaky like this.

Yeah, I know what it's like. I have a tablet too. XD I don't have a real version of Photoshop either (well, all I have is Photoshop Elements 4.0) so I don't even get that fancy pen tool.
