Looks quite good however there's quite some white space between "Welcome" and the other parts. Maybe you could make the space above the selection items(radio buttons) and below the equal.
Also, if there are more than 5-6 items, you should probably use a search field/selection combo. Just my two cents

Firstly this screen was for a client and above the "welcome" text it was his logo. Because of that now it is with this space. About the field/selection combo - you are right!

Good but iOS7 looks so crappy.. There is no general ui-rule.. some parts are with gradients, some are with light from bottem, some with light from up...
