this is actually a girl doing a 5 O grind (cool isnt?) but i have a big problem about the blurry outcome of my pic. can somebody help me how can i make a shot of a moving object without coming out with blur product (pleasssssseeee)!!shot taken at paco skate park

Also a good technique for this would be to try and follow the subject with your camera as it moves past. This is quite hard and takes a lot of practice, but would end up with a clear subject and a blurry background.
It is that kind of shot that is often used in automobile advertising. The photographer will pan the camera at just the right speed as the car drives by, and it gives a very nice blur effect to the background. (And hence, the illusion of speed.) Speed is good thing to show when you are photographing action sports such as skateboarding.

A flash would freeze the subject and leave the background blurred.

uh hu. thats the whole thing. with long exposures it just lets light into the lens for a longer time period. however, when a bright flash is used, it often freezes the subject in the process.
