A critique from ~critiqueme as you requested
I think what you are doing with poses and lighting is interesting and you are on the right track, nothing wrong with this at all. I think it's nice that you've decided to showcase these frames as a tryptic as the viewer can compare each frame to the others and watch the progression from left to right. My only suggestion would be to downsize your large view so that the viewer can view this without having to scroll left or right on the screen. Something that is no wider than 1000 pixels should be perfect.
