Many failed times, I tried drawing my pic for digimon's anniversary. Too bad none of those came out ;_;and too bad I ran out of time. I really need to start my requests!!
So I made a pic of Takato and Jeri, the most innocent (to me) of all digimon couples. My gosh, they are adorable together!! 
Tooken with my camera, and still messed the colors up. Takato's face in rl is so nice, I love it~
I do not own digimon.

To have a lion's heart to share with a dino-boy would blend very well.
I'm imagining sequel scenes that there would be a next adventure for the tamers, but Takato catches an attack or some kind of sickness that leads to possible death. And/or even having to make a sacrifice to save all of his friends and family. If Takato knows of his upcoming death, he would have Guilmon to become Jeri's new partner. (Which they both would rather prefer to die with him.)
Jeri becomings worried of what would happen to Takato, as she confirms to herself he is the person she loves most. To lose him would be her third strike. She lost her mother, and she lost her parter Leomon, she couldn't bare to lose Takato.
She would be determined that if Takato ever dies, she would die with him.
I actually want Takato and Jeri to live, just thought I make something very dramatic between those two. Making a Disney Death Trope for Takato.

If you remember Episode 49 (D-Reaper's Feast) when Jeri tortures herself before Calumon convinced her that she makes people happy and loved. Knowing that she would dare go suicidal, she would indeed rather die with Takato.
They would already be confirmed mates in the digital world, depending on the digital wedding tradition. Age may not matter.
I also thought of a scene that Jeri would catch some kind of sickness or gets herself injured, and Takato takes care of her. But they would still be in adventure when that happens, so Takato would have to carry her and treat her with food and any medical solutions.
This would be before Takato confirms his love to Jeri, and I would see Takato confirming it to Jeri while she's unconscious. But she's not really unconscious, she kept her eyes closed while hearing and understanding Takato's love to her.
He'll eventually cure her with something rare to find, and Jeri gets better. But Takato would later get himself the sickness or something similar, and he'll be closer to death once the sacrifice is made to save his friends and family.
