This lovely lineart is by NOT MEI'm in love with Raven from ToV, and when I ran across 's lineart, I couldn't help but color it.
For shits and giggles, I used nothing but the pencil tool, so no blendy nifty photoshopness like you would expect. It was so much fun! Though I think coloring a pic like this is as far as I'll go, I don't think I could draw entirely with the pencil tool.

I just used photoshop. What I did was I used only the pencil tool to color it. No brush or anything fancy. I was going to use just MS paint, but it would have messed up your lineart. =]
