This illo is for the FGE: The Wild West Fighters Contest over atThe Challenge? "Draw Street Fighter, Tekken, Mortal Kombat, Virtua Fighter etc. characters in Wild West Costumes / Redesigns and / or Scenes"
Twelve from SFIII vs Morrigan of Darkstalkers fame, throwin' down the old fashioned way. The idea for this illo basically came from imagining one of them stretchy/morphy fighters as a rodeo ropin' type guy. And well... you don't ever need an excuse to draw Morrigan!

Excellent thinking, Vox. Twelve fits the western theme surprisingly well, and you're right about not needing an excuse to draw Morrigan.
As always, your clean-cut vector style makes your work immediately recognizable among the other entries.
One question though. This may have been addressed somewhere, but canonically speaking, can Morrigan be out in the sun with the whole
vampire thing and all?

Thanks. Vectors fit my style better at the moment, until I get my sketching skills up to par. After that, i hope to use more photoshop for illustration.
Canonically/technically, Morrigan is a succubus which apparently different than a vampire. I dont think that succubi (female) or incubi (male) have the same limitations as traditional vampires. Who knew?
