Having to move really is a huge pain, though. Searching, contracts, deposits, packing, transport, unpacking, new neighbours, new rules. Ugh.I mean, fresh starts are great, but... ugh.

To summarize my fellow commentor DigitalDasherBot, basically Rent Controlled apartments are places where the price is so low it's actually reasonable. A rare thing to be sure.

Huh... There are similar things here, not sure if that's actually the same thing, or whatever. Basically, they are small apartments (in some, usually pretty big, complex), with a low rent, which are allocated by the government, and you have to be on a ''waiting list'' to be able to be given one.

Gee, if only there was some sort of mysterious power available to these miniature candy-colored equines, then perhaps the wall could be fixed more quickly?
