I had a Sniper paper child sitting around as a sketch for a while now but I got the itch to play with my markers recently and voila... Sniper paper child was finished :'DHe's supposed to be 's Sniper OC, Reece, but to be fair, Reece pretty much looks like a normal 'ol Sniper (unlike his sister who, regardless of being a girl, doesn't wear the usual Sniper uniform). So I guess he goes either way.
And yes, his underwear says "I <3 SPY" just for giggles.
Gel pen and Copic marker on marker paper.

Work fast while the ink is still wet. Overlap the strokes of the same colors. And work with paper intended for markers perhaps. Various papers and even the different sides of a paper can affect markers differently.
