This location also appears in "End of the Road" in Outbreak File 2. This is where Rodriguez parks his CH-46 Sea Knight helicopter (aka "the Phrog") while waiting for Linda to return. BTW there's a nice little CH-46 model with interior you can get from one of the many GMOD model packs out there, which you can retexture in Umbrella colors in case you're planning on reconstructing the scene from the game and don't want to bother rebuilding its partial CH-46 model (it rips in pieces).

FYI "Outbreak" is the official name for the first or opening scenario of Resident Evil Outbreak [File 1].
