For those of you new to the world of Autumn Spring, Brandy enjoys messing with Larry.  She's been doing it ever since they first became friends at the start of the original series.  She takes great delight in seeing him react to however she teases him, and it's usually with a typical deer-in-the-headlights, "I don't know what you're up to but I guess I'd better play along" older male reaction to her younger and impish self.  She's doing it because she loves him and he understands that.  By this point in their relationship (roughly 3-4 months) he's quite familiar with the routine, although it still unsettles him whenever she surprises him with it.  You can go back and look at the original series for even more examples of Brandy messing with Larry.  It's just one of those things some couples share, and I'm sure you can think up analogs either in your own relationships or that some of your friends and family have experienced with their significant others.

Brandy's playful challenge in the second panel is her teasing him about the one-year commitment they've recently made to each other or "the year of trial" as they call it (see the end of the original series first season finale, "The Party").  Both have agreed not to either get physically intimate (read sex) or to broach the question of marriage until that year approaches its end.  That way they can focus on building and deepening their growing relationship with each other.  That "year of trial" was the focus of the whole second season of the original series.  That doesn't mean she can't tease him about it, as only a young woman can, and she frequently and playfully does just to see his reaction, which she of course loves.  BTW this is not the first time she's pulled the "hot and sweaty" routine on him at the end of one of her jogs with him being there (see the original series first season, sixth episode, "Prelude to a Date"), although her inviting herself to his place "to cool down" (wink) is a new twist.  Hence Larry's reaction.  XD

I wuz gonna ask if ya still trusted me. - See the first two episodes of the original series, "The New Neighbor" and "The Hangover," as to the full story behind Larry's question to Brandy.

A tallboy of Vicious - This is another element of the original series I'm re-introducing with ToAS.  For those of you new in the audience, Vicious is a popular energy drink analogous to Monster or Red Bull or the like in our world and time.  It was introduced in the series pilot "The New Neighbor," when Larry offered Brandy some after helping her move into her new apartment and she gladly accepted.  It was originally created as a freely redistributable non-infringing energy drink 3D model by monkeydoom which I got back then from the online GMOD (Garry's Mod) community.  Look its characteristic green "V" marked cans on your preferred GMOD or free 3D model Internet site.
