Ported to OBJ from the game ripped model provided by our friends over at Pack 3D. Original is from Cold Waters. Preview picture posed in XNALara XPS. NO MODEL DOWNLOAD.
The Udaloy class of destroyers were one of the last ship classes built for the Soviet Navy before the downfall of the Soviet Union in 1991. They are contemporaries of and complementary to the Sovremenny class destroyers. Based on a modernized Krivak class cruiser design but downsized for the destroyer role, twelve of them were built between 1980 and 1991, with a thirteenth built to a somewhat modified design (Udaloy II) for the Russian Federation (the Soviet Union's successor) in 1999. Although optimized for the ASW role they are also capable of limited anti-surface and anti-air operations, and are generally considered to be the Soviet analogs to the U.S. Navy's Spruance class destroyers. Both are at present (fall 2020) the most modern destroyer classes currently operated by the Russians and their former Soviet servitor states and allies.
