sorry.... i'm never the guy who is sitting on the thread all confused, asking "pls help, what do i do with a .rar file" 
but I really really want this to work and for the life of me, I can't get it to....... am i just stunned or does anybody else need a helpful lil readme.txt to help them out with this one?
any help would be appreciated, all joking aside. how do I run this?

oh p.s. i tried to load up the index.htm file, but it seems to load halfway-ish, broken links, etc, (looks like the preview above but with broken links), and I can't control jack.....
