yup. It's not even interesting anymore =/ And it's not like 3D is a brand new thing. They had 3D back in the 70s. lol Sure it wasn't as good as it is now but still. 3D is just becoming ridiculous. I remember my brother being all 'the only way to watch Avatar is in 3D its stupid to watch it any other way' Im like 'its not like its the most original and epic movie of all time, the story line was pretty predictable, and its not like 3D made a huge difference if you already have a large screen xD' lol If you have blue ray, that's enough for me

ya i know. sure the first movie that was 3d and you didnt have to us those annoying red and blue glasses was cool, but now its just getting to be a pain. i wouldnt be surprised if it can ruin your eyes. maybe not yet but eventually.
i will admit that i am one of those people who loooved avatar but for the art side. the story was yes waaay overdone but the amount of detail put into was so beautiful it made me want to cry. but, you dont have to watch it in 3d to still see the beauty. the movie is just as epicly fantastic and with out the 3d.
i think part of the reason why there doing 3d now a days is that its harder for the film to be pirated with the cams. i could be way off but i wouldnt be surprised if it had something to do with that.
