any tips can you give to artists like me, usually i can get the idea just it never comes out right, the face more often then not, but very nice if i do say so myself

1. Practice every day, don't stop even if you get frustrated.
2. Sketch from real life whenever possible, if your characters are fantasy or syfy, studying real world will still help you.
3. Challenge yourself constantly, if you are really good at drawing bodies, but not faces, spend a week and only draw faces.
4. Always keep a sketch book and pencil with you at all times. I have one in my bag that I keep with me wherever I go.
5. Don't get mad at criticism, embrace it. If someone says something about your work that you are unhappy with, learn from it and get better.
