Wolfgang Krauser from King of Fighters and Fatal Fury.The earl of Strolheim makes his REDUX debut. Originally I was going to make this really elaborate armor for him, but I wanted to differentiate his design a bit more from what the current SNK design was. It's hard to tell by this angle of this illustration but the cape he is holding in his hands would actually cover his left side when idle which I thought would be pretty cool.
Mainly for Krauser I just wanted to get him out of that weird 80's wrestling get up SNK had designed for him. If you looked at the old design's it was essentially a Pro wrestling outfit with a championship belt which looked weird when he takes off the rest of his armor to fight. So I thought I would give him a new coat and half cape for the upper body, then instead of the wrestling tights add proper dress pants for his legs. Basically give him a more refined and proper look for his wealth and power.

Not a big fan of those greeves to be honest. They don't fit with the rest of the costume.

this is a great drawing. however, there is a reason that Krauser where that armor. It belongs to his family and it is part of the king of fights/ fatal fury ( or garou what you want to call it) storyline. hey it looks great though. If I look you up in Google and your artwork came up it mean it is very popular. Keep it up

Krauser is my favorite boss of all time. I know he was based on a wrestler, but he deserved an alternate like this which shows his nobility. Love the wine glass.

Another great one, definitely one of your best in my opinion.
Love the outfit - kinda similar to Laurence Blood's one - and these bright colors. The glass is a nice touch too.
Although the idea is quite different, I'm also having (alot of!) fun trying to redesign SNK and CAPCOM fighters, these days...

Man its...Krraauuser!! I remember how much I used to hate this fella! But yeah I love the costume you created for him it is way better than the shirtless wrestling armored guy costume. But I kinda liked the long somewhat curly old hairstyle it was just to color purple! But with this color and that style man that'd be awsome. Keep up the awsome work I look forward to the next character to come.

*Whistles* Damn, now I'd love to play with such a Krauser. The earlier designs (esp. the FF one) were way too cheesy for such a rich and powerful fighter. But this is just too awesome for words. It just screems "I'm an aristocrat (sp?), but challenge me and I'LL CHISEL YOUR GRAVESTONE" xD Amazing work.

As I've seen everytime you do the polls along with Foxy when you do the female polls......You should start putting the people that people are voting less for when in the previous polls and putt the person who was comming second as the first choice....it's the only way if Duolon and Foxy are to when because they both keep coming in 2nd...

This W.Krauser you her very good..... I adore the styles what you do in the characters they are lovely..... You Imagine case one day to do the Rugal and my favorite villain Duke of the Kof Maximum Impact is going to be a show of ball.... Thank goodness he kept the moustache! It wouldn't be Krauser without it, second Fatal Fury OAV be damned.
Admittedly, this does bring Rugal to mind, but since Rugal's another favorite of mine, I can't complain. Honestly the half-cape sounds like a really cool idea, I'd just need to see it in motion, I guess. I like those greaves- they make him look extra dangerous. The more stylish haircut also makes him come off as less cheesy.
But still- YOU CAN GET UP BY YOURSELF! THANKS FOR A GOOD TIME!

He got it from Jeff Bogard and Mai's father (IIRC) Hanzo Shiranui (not shure about the name, sorry) in a fight.
